British Theatre Guide on The Time of the Tortoise

‘A hot sweaty hallucination of a play’
The Guardian on The Time of the Tortoise

14 year old Steph is missing. Fingers are pointed and suspicions whispered as people look for someone to blame.

Closer to home relationships crack. Every moment is questioned.
Every action re-lived. Fears and misplaced responsibilities exposed.

Set in a small Northern town Faultlines unearths the intimacy of a world where work is drying up, identities are lost and families aren't what they used to be.

James Pearson’s previous work Dog Man won Soho Theatre’s Westminster Prize for new writing in 2005.

Cast: Lisa Devlin, Steven Farah, Abigail Hood, Rebecca McQuillan, Ben Nesham, Sarah Ogley, Benjamin Stanley, Shaun Stone, Suzanne Tooney
Set & Costume Designer Rosemary Flegg
Lighting Designer Ben Pacey
Sound Designer Sarah Weltman
